Pluto Tour is a fraud and very unethical company. all employees are very fake. Never book your tour from Pluto Tours. The experience was pathetic and more of a mental stress.

They are frauds. All their employees talk sweetly to get the package and once you are done with payment, they will ignore you. Don’t trust them and take their packages. they won’t pick up your calls after receiving the balance payment.

First, they will take the money and tell you the booking is done, and 2-3 days before your travel date they will call you and say whatever hotel you finalized while booking the tour is not available now, we will give you a similar hotel. But all their properties are pathetic. Pluto staff are very rude and perfect in arguing.

“Don’t waste your money and time” better go with some other agencies. They don’t give you what they promise during the tour booking. Never recommend anyone to book your holiday with Pluto.

They do not even deserve 1 star. Most employees are just scamming people.

We travelled through Pluto tours and was having a wonderful time and mesmerising memories. All the hotels, and itenary was well planned and well executed. Specially transportation was very comfortable with good driver. In all a very good experience with Pluto.
