Your holiday in the hills begins today. You will be picked up and transferred to Gangtok from Bagdogra Airport or the NJP railway station. After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. The Baba Mandir is famous for serving as a nighttime residence for late troops. After a delicious breakfast, you will check out of your accommodation and begin your drive to Lachen. Lachen is famous as one of Sikkim’s largest lakes. It is supposed to have been unfrozen by Guru Padmasambhava in the eighth century. On the road to Lachen, you will stop by Singhik View Point, Seven Sister Waterfalls, and Naga Waterfalls. When you arrive in Lachen today, expect to be greeted with nature’s unspoiled splendour. Upon arrival in Lachen, you will check into your hotel and spend the night.
Today, after breakfast, you will travel on a tour to Gurudongmar Lake. On your way to the lake, you’ll also stop by Chopta Valley and Thangu. Chopta Valley provides a distant view of the spectacular Himalayan range. Thangu is noted for reviving visitors with its magnificent mountain scenery. You will return to the hotel for lunch, and then check out. Following check-out, you will be transported to the mountain village of Lachung.
After a delicious breakfast, you will explore Yumthang Valley, a natural refuge. Yumthang Valley, which is the playground of Yetis in the winter, is controlled by yaks during the summer months. You will be returning to the resort for lunch. After lunch, you will check out of the hotel and be transferred to Gangtok. After checking into the hotel in Gangtok, you will spend the night there.
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will check out from your hotel and will be transferred to Darjeeling. Darjeeling used to be the summer resort for the Britishers once upon a time. Upon arriving in Darjeeling, you will check in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You will spend the night at the hotel. You might consider taking a walk on the mall road and tasting a few delicacies here.
Today, you will leave early for Tiger Hill to view the stunning dawn above Mount Khangchendzonga, the world’s third-highest mountain. You’ll also stop by Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on your way back. After breakfast, you will be escorted to additional popular tourist attractions such as the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, and the Japanese Temple. At the end of the day, you will return to the hotel to spend the night.
After a great breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and be transferred to either New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, from which you will travel for your destination city.
