Get ready for the day by eating a substantial breakfast at the hotel. (Pickup: 8 am).
Get on your transfers and head to Ninh Binh province, which is blessed with beautiful natural scenery.
You will arrive to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of the Dinh dynasty (968–1009), about 10:30 am. The capital was shifted to Thang Long, the location of modern-day Hanoi, 29 years later by King Ly Thai of the Le Dynasty.
Visit the historic temples that were constructed on the site of the former royal palace to learn more about the feudal dynasties and many historical eras in Vietnamese history.

Afternoon: Take a 2-hour boat ride to Tam Coc, also known as “Halong Bay on land,” from the boat station along the Ngo Dong river. En route, enjoy the tranquilly of the limestone mountains, rice terraces, and gorgeous temples.
Pass through a group of three caverns along the road with the names Hang Ca (the first cave), Hang Hai (the second cave), and Hang Ba. (third cave).
Once the boat voyage is over, start your return trip to Hanoi.
Return to the hotel in Hanoi and spend the night there.

After a filling breakfast at the hotel, set out for Halong Bay.
You will go across the Red River Delta on this excursion, where you may observe Vietnamese villager daily life.
When you get to Halong, board a traditional sailing junk and the crew will welcome you.
In the afternoon, explore some of the Bay of the Descending Dragon’s hidden gems, including fascinating caverns, immaculate beaches, charming floating communities, and amazing rock formations that rise out of the emerald water.
After enjoying a great lunch on board, you can choose to spend the remaining time at leisure, during which you can watch our chef demonstrate traditional Vietnamese cooking techniques or test your own culinary prowess.The rest of the evening can be spent on your cruise’s sundeck, where you can take in the colours that the sunset is painting on the sky.
Enjoy a broad variety of wines and beverages with your dinner later on, along with several entertainment alternatives like movie night, squid fishing, etc. (extra cost for drinks).
Additionally, you have the option of relaxing while sipping your beverage amidst limestone boulders that majestically emerge from the nighttime seas.

Join a Tai Chi class on Sundeck to start the day off early.
A light breakfast is the perfect way to start the day, followed by a vibrant brunch.
Continue your exploration of Halong Bay by cruising around its more than 2000 islets and stopping at some of its top attractions.
As you near the coast later, get off the cruise and board your ride back to Hanoi.
After arriving in Hanoi, enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.
